Ingredients
 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
 1 banana
 1 cup spinach
 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
 ½ cup Greek yoghurt
 1 floret of frozen cauliflower
 1 tsp high quality honey

Add all the ingredients to a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

Taste and add more almond milk if you prefer a looser smoothie. Enjoy!
