Ingredients
 ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
 ½ cup Greek yoghurt
 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks (you could also use mango)
 1 1/2 cup of cauliflower (frozen or fresh) or courgette slices
 1 tsp ground turmeric
 1 tsp ground ginger
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp honey

Add all the ingredients to a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

Taste and add more coconut milk if you prefer a looser smoothie. Enjoy!
