Why this programme?

I am A Nutritional Therapist, Positive Psychology coach and Licensed Eating Freely Practitioner with advanced training in Emotional Eating and Binge Eating Disorder. I am also a midlife woman. So I understand the health challenges that rear their heads during midlife and perimenopause. I also know the real reasons women struggle with a lifetime of yo-yo dieting and weight issues. And can effectively help them with the knowledge, skills and tools I have built over 20 years in the wellness industry.

I’ve seen all the fad diets come and go, have read the research, seen thousands of client results and therefore understand what works and what doesn’t when it comes to health, weight management, body acceptance and finding true happiness (it’s not in the biscuit tin that’s for sure).

Instead we’ll help you break unhealthy habits using evidence-based strategies and tools from the fields of cognitive behavioural therapy and behavioural change sciences. We’ll be rewiring your brain and the habits that add pounds and leave you feeling sluggish.
  • Your emotional eating triggers: We’ll explore your relationship with food and find your key emotional eating triggers. Then practice new, non-food, ways to soothe stress / anxiety and low mood.
  • How you’re sabotaging your health: When we are stuck in a long-term pattern of behaviour it is often our unconscious mind trying to keep us ‘safe’. We’ll unpick the reasons you keep punishing yourself and your body with your eating behaviours.
  • How to eat for long term weight management and health: We’ll devise a healthy, flexible and achievable nutrition and lifestyle approach that works for midlife women. Out with the fads and in with science-based eating and living that nourishes body and soul.
  • The importance of prioritising your needs: We’ll get into the practical details of what reaching and maintaining your goals looks like on a daily basis. And what is going to motivate you to maintain change and move positively forward once the programme finishes. We’ll start to pull together everything you have learnt about yourself, your goals and how to flourish to create a clear and personalised vision for your future.
  • Strategies and tools for long-term success: After 6 weeks you’ll have everything you need to maintain a positive relationship with food and your body. I’ll give you all my favourite resources, tip and tricks to ensure you maintain healthy new habits even when life gets tough.

Throughout the programme we will also work on your mental wellbeing, confidence, self-worth and self-compassion. You’ll leave with a bank of tools and resources to help you step fully into your personal power and wring the joy and opportunities out of life.

The Logistics

You can join from wherever you are – sessions will be conducted through my practice management portal using Zoom. The programme is a blend of live workshops, self-reflection, at home activities and exercises, plus plenty of lively group discussion and connection.

It includes:

  • 6 weekly small group online coaching sessions (90 minutes each)
  • Between session support via group messages for questions, sharing and championing each other
  • Between session activities, exercises, tools, resources and reflective activities to support your growth, development and progress
  • A maximum limit of 10 women per group to ensure everyone has space to share and explore their own journey
  • My midlife/menopause nutrition review – personalised to your health goals
  • 2 weeks worth of meal ideas and recipes tailored to busy midlife women 
  • Lifetime access to the programme
  • Reduced rates for any subsequent one to one coaching with Suzanne (booked within 6 months of course completion)

You’ll be fully supported throughout the programme. I’ll be there to help keep you accountable and focused, challenging and championing you in equal measure.
