If you often swing between “all or nothing” when it comes to your health or struggle to stay consistent, this group will help you find balance, keep you motivated, and celebrate every step forward.
Together, we’ll simplify 40+ nutrition and lifestyle changes, focusing on practical, sustainable strategies that work. It’s not about quick fixes or relying on someone else to do the work for you for you—it’s about showing up for yourself every day and leaning on a community that’s here to cheer you on.

How the Thrive Hive Works
The Thrive Hive is based in a WhatsApp community for daily connection and accountability, with additional materials and resources hosted on the Practice Better app for easy access.
Here’s how we’ll keep you on track, motivated, and supported each month:
1. Start of the Month: Set the Tone Begin with a review of your progress from the previous month. We’ll tweak and adjust your goals based on what’s working, current priorities, and lessons learn
2. Monday Morning Check-Ins: Share your goals for the week. Anticipate challenges and plan strategies to overcome them. Connect with the group for encouragement and ideas.
3. Friday Morning Submissions: Submit your weekly diet and lifestyle log (Friday morning to Thursday evening) if you’d like personalised feedback. ? Zero judgement, 100% honesty: This group is a safe space where you can be completely open about what you’re eating and doing. The more honest you are, the more we can support you to make meaningful progress.
4. Topic of the Week: Each week, you’ll receive a short video (or two!) on a key topic for midlife health and wellness. When relevant, I’ll include activities, worksheets, or additional resources to help you apply what you’ve learned.
5. Monthly MasterClass: Monthly 30 minute masterclass (+ practical 1 page ‘to do’ list with recipes) on issues impacting my clients how to manage common wellness issues impacting midlife women.
