This raises the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, osteoporosis and Alzheimer’s.   • Learn my exclusive formula for finding the sweet spot between health, sustainable weight loss and still enjoying the foods you love.
  • Sort fact from fiction regarding HRT and medical support for menopause, ensuring you have access to evidence-based, credible and expert advice and resources.

Content will be delivered step-by-step and at a pace that suits you. It may also be sprinkled with additional magic such as Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), epigenetic testing and more. If you struggle with emotional eating or binge eating disorder I am a licensed Eating Freely Specialist Practitioner. We can discuss how we can incorporate the award winning Eating Freely Program alongside ‘Nourish & Flourish’.

By midlife most of us have some complex and deep rooted health concerns, limiting beliefs and /or emotional baggage to unpick and change. This takes time and there is no quick fix. I suggest a 3 month time frame for the programme as this is long enough to put changes in place, assess their impact and build on them step-by-step.

Please note: I only work with a limited number of one to one coaching clients at any given time to ensure they receive comprehensive support. However, I also offer individual wellness check-ups or a 6 week ‘Great Weight Loss Rethink’ group coaching programme if you prefer to work in a community with other women struggling with yo-yo dieting and emotional eating.

Nutritional Therapy Consultations

If you have a specific health concern or set of symptoms you would like nutritional help with then we can focus solely on diet and related lifestyle factors. Nutritional Therapy is the personalised  application of nutrition science in the promotion of optimum health and peak performance. I work with clients over a number of sessions to assess and identify potential physiological imbalances, their links to nutritional and lifestyle choices and how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach helps support the body in improving and maintaining health and wellbeing.

You can add the Dutch Test or DNA testing to any of my packages or individual consultations (except the Perimenopause and Menopause Nutrition Audit):

  • DNA testing helps give a fuller picture of the interactions between an individual’s genetic make-up and their diet, lifestyle, exercise, and environment. And therefore what specific nutrition and lifestyle changes may be most important for their health and longevity.
  • The Dutch Test is the most advanced hormone test, offering an extensive profile of sex and adrenal hormones and melatonin, along with their metabolites, to identify symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
