Most women don’t realise what a pivotal juncture midlife and menopause is. Heck – most women don’t even realise they’ve hit their menopausal transition until they’re knee deep in menstrual migraines, anxiety or some other debilitating symptom they’ve been passing off as something they ate. Declining hormones can hit hard. They impact lipid and blood sugar levels, weight, bone density and so much more. This raises the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, osteoporosis and Alzheimer’s. BUT, if you prioritise your health and wellness now you CAN delay, prevent, or alleviate future health problems. Heck – you can feel the best you ever have – if you understand your individual nutrition and lifestyle needs, and make the right simple and effective tweaks.

Using a bespoke combination of nutritional therapy, wellness coaching and positive psychology tools, I tailor my Nutritional Therapy/Coaching to suit your unique needs. Creating an experience designed for personal transformation.
By midlife most of us have some complex and deep rooted health concerns, limiting beliefs and /or emotional baggage to unpick and change. This takes time and there is no quick fix. That is why I suggest a commitment of a minimum of 4 sessions of Nutritional Therapy/Coaching (over an 8-12 week period) to kick-off our work together. This is long enough to put changes in place, assess their impact and build on them step-by-step.
Coaching will be delivered step-by-step and at a pace that suits you. It may also be sprinkled with additional magic such as Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), epigenetic testing and more. If you struggle with emotional eating or binge eating disorder I am also a licensed Eating Freely Specialist Practitioner. We can discuss how we can incorporate the award winning Eating Freely Program alongside our work together.

Even if you arrive with a specific health concern in mind, my clients often leave having addressed more than just their physical challenges. I believe that wellness is holistic, and that mindset plays a huge part in our physical and mental wellbeing, so expect some discussion around factors such as your values, future vision, self-worth and self-compassion. This is all to ensure you leave more connected to you, and knowing what TRULY supports your health and wellbeing. You’ll also have a bank of tools and resources to help you step fully into your personal power and wring the joy and opportunities out of life.
In short we’ll create an achievable, personalised and motivating road map that moves you towards a bright and flourishing future.
Please note: I only work with a limited number of one to one coaching clients at any given time to ensure they receive comprehensive support. However, I also offer individual wellness check-ups or a 6 week ‘Lighter’ group coaching programme if you prefer to work in a community with other women struggling with yo-yo dieting and emotional eating.
