8 Week 1 to 1 Transformational Coaching Package

My signature package is personalised entirely to your needs, to create a coaching experience designed for transformation. It includes a unique and bespoke combination of wellness coaching, positive psychology and nutritional therapy to prepare you for long-term wellbeing and happiness. What the package includes:

That depends on you – and what we agree will work best. I’ll tailor my approach to suit your personality, needs and goals. 
Ultimately – you’re driving but I’m helping you navigate and find the necessary detours and hidden beauty spots along the way.

Some of the areas you will explore are:

  • Where am I?: We’ll kick-off with a comprehensive assessment of your current life- digging deep into many different areas such as health, career, purpose, relationships, fun and self-worth. We’ll identify where you are supporting your happiness and positive wellbeing and areas that require a bit of a reboot. You will see your ‘now’ in full focus, unearth obstacles and challenges, and determine key focus points for later sessions. 
  • Who am I? Have you spent years prioritising others needs above your own? That can leave you feeling detached from your core values, needs, and aspirations. Our focus will be on reconnecting you with your true self and what really matters to you. We’ll delve into my coaching and positive psychology toolkit to explore:
    • Your core values
    • Key strengths and how to harness them
    • Your major personality traits
    • How this all combines to make you uniquely you

We’ll discuss how to harness your uniqueness, exploring activities, experiences and situations that will bring contentment and ignite your passion for life. This is when the fun really starts –  it’s time to decide who you want to be and what you want to be doing more of now and in the future. 

  • How Do I Feel? Many midlife women welcome a nutrition and lifestyle check-up to help support longevity and positive ageing. We will use my 20 years experience as a Nutritional Therapist and wellness coach to create a personalised plan and resource pack (looking at diet, sleep, movement and relaxation) to support optimum health and manage any health challenges including menopause symptoms.

Throughout our time together we will also work on your mental wellbeing, building your sense of confidence, self-worth and self-compassion. You’ll leave with a bank of tools and resources to help you step fully into your personal power and wring the joy and opportunities out of life.

  • What Next? Here we’ll get into the practical details of what reaching your goals and living a life that suits the true you looks like on a daily basis. We’ll prioritise, plan, and put in strategies to help you live life in a way that invigorates and inspires you whilst working step by step towards your goals. We’ll assess what might get in your way, how you could start holding yourself back and strategise to help ensure you don’t!

In short we’ll create an achievable, personalised and motivating roadmap that keeps you moving towards a future in line with your values, vision, strengths, goals and dreams. 

I will support you during our time together with:

  • Comprehensive life and wellbeing assessment prior to meeting
  • 4 x bi-weekly 1:1 online coaching sessions (1st session: 1½ hours, subsequent sessions: 1 hour)
  • Between session support via email and private messages
  • Between session activities, exercises, tools, resources and reflective exercises to support your growth, development and progress
  • 6 months exclusive access to my Flourishing in Midlife online toolkit filled with wellness resources, tools and information to help you maintain progress and motivation after our sessions are complete 
  • A coach who understands the unique wellbeing needs of midlife women and who is committed to your success

By the end of our 8 weeks together, you’ll be more connected to you, what supports your health and wellbeing, and how to use this knowledge to create a life you love. You’ll also have a wealth of tools and resources to move towards a positive and inspiring future.

I only work with a limited number of one to one coaching clients at any given time to ensure they receive the comprehensive support they deserve. However, I also offer individual consultations or a 6 week ‘Flourish’ group coaching programme if you prefer to work in a community with other women with similar aspirations and challenges.

Nutritional Therapy Consultations

I also offer 1 to 1 Nutritional Therapy consultations. Nutritional Therapy is the personalised  application of nutrition science in the promotion of optimum health and peak performance. I work with clients over a number of sessions to assess and identify potential physiological imbalances, their links to nutritional and lifestyle choices and how these may contribute to an individual’s symptoms and health concerns. This approach helps support the body in improving and maintaining health and wellbeing.

NT Consultations: €399 for 4 consultations

Add the Dutch Test to any of my packages or individual consultations: the most advanced hormone test, offering an extensive profile of sex and adrenal hormones and melatonin, along with their metabolites, to identify symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
