With over two decades of experience in the wellness field, I understand the unique challenges that midlife women face, especially when it comes to the physical and emotional aspects of the midlife/menopause journey. Many women I work with have struggled with their weight and body image for a lifetime, often resorting to emotional eating as a coping mechanism for stress, low mood, exhaustion, and anxiety.
